DOGS AND KIDS

In
December we got 2 new dogs. We have had Punky (she is the black and white dog) since just
after we got married, and Maggie had to be put to sleep last spring, so it is nice for her to have company. They are both Miniature Schnauzers, our male is Kovu, he is the silverish color, and our female is Page, she is the smaller one that is white. We got the dogs from Booth's brother Tito, they have bred them. Now Tito's wife Crystal is breeding toy Schnauzers so the dogs needed a new home so she could make room for the toy Schnauzers. We are going to breed them probably in the summer/early fall. They are both so cute. Page is really lovey and Kovu is sweet. We have always loved our Punky, she really is a good dog. They stay outside----which sounds mean but there is a picture of where they get to stay. We had the shed built in, maybe November. It is insulated, has linoleum, and is heated. So they are comfortable.
And then I have some random pics of the kids. The one of Livies head is when Boston was carrying her around and she fell and hit the corner of the piano, we thought she would need stitches, luckily she didn't. And the others are the kids around the house.

Growing and Growing

Every year on New Years day, my grandma and grandpa Ahlstrom have dinner at their house. It is always delicious. We also measure our height each year, it seems like we used to do it on Thanksgiving, but we do it each year. My grandpa measures us and marks it on the wall. It is fun to see how much you have grown over the years, me and Teisha haven't grown since like 1998!! We keep hoping each year that we have grown, doesn't work though. The kids all grew at least 3 inches since last year. They were pretty excited. It is a fun tradition that we do.
