mmmmmm doughnuts.

So I gained some weight over the spring and summer. It SUCKS. I have about 10 lbs to lose. I put all of my "cute size I want to be jeans" away, I will not get rid of them, I am determined to wear them again. So I have been riding my stationary bike, running and best of all..... using the ol' jump rope. Oh and counting calories, which is SOOOO lame. I skipped dinner last night so I could have a delicious Dunford chocolate doughnut (I know it's pathetic). It was totally worth it. I have stopped buying candy, which I didn't think was a problem for me, but I am learning it's a BIG problem, I am kind of a junkie I guess. Well it has been a week and a half of the so called "diet". I have lost 3 lbs and I feel good when I exercise. And I must say I am still pretty good at the jump rope, although I jiggle lots more than when I was in elementary. Hopefully I can keep it up, and most importantly feel healthy.

Braided Beauty

I did french braids in Livie's hair last week for the first time, it only took me an hour and a half to do, SHEESH. I am not good at it anyways, the last time I tried a french braid, it was on one of my barbies - long time ago. She has such beautiful shiny, long hair, it makes me jealous. I like to keep her hair pulled back or she constantly gets food in it. It turned out alright but I need more practice but she doesn't have the patience for it. She wasn't too happy about having her picture taken. Obviously.

The Happy Happs

This is also what's happening at our house: SNAKES!!!

Livie is not scared at all.

Wes was very excited.
Booth decided the kids would like to have them, but I think Booth really wanted to have them. I kept insisting that I did not want them in my house, for many reasons, they stink, they eat mice, their gross, taking up space, cleaning the cage and so on. But he was set on getting some. They are Ball Python snakes, we have 2 one is a female and the other is a male (how to tell the difference....who knows?) We, no wait, BOOTH bought them off KSL.com so he got a killer deal, but that doesn't justify it for me. The snakes came with the tank, a stand and lots of extra stuff, including what they eat...... mice, there were 2 in the vented box and they were alive, I must add. I felt pretty bad for them, they were trying so hard to get out of the box and they were pretty cute, besides their red eyes. Anyway we came home set everything up and it was time for the snakes to eat, Booth picked up a mouse by it's tail and put it in the box, the snake was very quick, he put his mouth around it's head and then constricted it until it was dead, I have never seen this before so I thought it was sad. The snake had it all swallowed within about 5 minutes. I am NEVER going to do a thing with these snakes, no feeding, no cleaning, no touching, NOTHING. I don't even like them close to me.
Well, the kids sure like them and constantly want to hold them. I hope we don't have them too long, I hope it's just a temporary obsession.

Other happenings are Halloween costumes, I put it off as long as a could. I hate spending a lot of money on something that they only wear a few times. I am not crafty, I wish i were. Growing up it seems like my mom always made our costumes, and they were great. I am too lazy for that. Well Boston wanted to be Michael Jackson, the one from Beat it. I looked around on the interwebs and found the red jacket and it was 60 dollars! No way would I spend that, plus I'd have to get a wig... he changed his mind luckily and decided he wants to be Optimus Prime. I found a costume for $10, so I thought that wasn't too bad, if he likes it, it doesn't matter how fantastic it is. Livie wants to be Cinderella, I fond costumes that were good prices. But I thought to myself, she has a few dress up dresses that would work fine, one of them is blue, so I talked her into it. My mom bought her a crown and a wand to make it extra princessey, I will just doll her up and TA-DA, Halloween costume. Wes loves costumes (and dress up too, ha ha) I have to take all their old costumes out to the shed or else he'd wear them all the time. He found a scary mask that he liked at the store and them I found a skeleton body suit that matches pretty well, I can't get it off him already. He has been trying to hide around in the house and jump out to scare us, he did it to Bos this morning and Bos said "that scared the shit to me", I promise I don't say that stuff. It was funny. I think it will be a fun Halloween for the kids this year, it gets more fun the older they get. One thing that bothers me is at their school they are not allowed to dress up for Halloween, I think it is ridiculous. Whoever decided that is someone who probably got their, or their children's feelings hurt at some point, so thanks for ruining it for everyone else
BUTT HEAD!
So.... there is the Happy Haps at our house.

2 Little Monkeys...

I came across this picture today, I think this was 2005?? So Boston was almost 3 and Wes was almost 2. It is hard to remember and the date isn't on the picture. While I was at work that night Booth carved pumpkins with the boys. They were so excited. Man, they were so cute when they were little, If I could only go back just for a little bit so I could remember better. I think since they were so close and everything was chaotic my memory is really fuzzy. Oh well, I am glad I have pictures to help me remember.

Tiny Dancer

Olivia is in dance lessons this year. I put her in a class at the beginning of the summer, it was through Granite Peaks, it only lasted a few weeks. I wanted to make sure she liked it before I had to fork out the big bucks. She did, so I have her in a Jazz, Tap and Ballet class. My friend Cindy has her little girl Aisly in the same class. Oh boy they are so cute together. Olivia loves her "snap shoes" some days I have to hide them from her. I can't wait until she performs. Aren't they CUTE!!

To Laura:

You mean this? Hilarious!!

First day of School, First day of school....

So, all 3 of my children are in school. I have realized (being the horrible mother that I am) I love my kids the more they are gone. EEEEK, sorry folks. We get along much better. Bos is in first grade, Wes is in all day kindergarten, and Livie goes 2 times a week to pre-school. So I have a total of 6 hours a week to myself, I must say it's pretty fantastic! They are all doing well in school, Bos was naughty the first couple of days but his teacher said he is doing much better. Wes didn't have any problems at all, his teacher says she is glad he is in her class and he is a great student. Livie was just happy to be away, I think? She has a 2ND cousin in her class, which makes it fun.
We have had quite a bit of trouble with the school bus this year. The bus schedule said the bus stop was on our street this year, but at the end on the corner of 40Th west!! Last year they had
maybe 3 stops in our neighborhood. I complained immediately.

Anyone in their right mind thinking it was okay for 5 and 6 year olds, any elementary kids really, to wait for te bus there is insane. I emailed the district transportation department, I received a reply the same day, by phone. He explained they moved the bus stop out there because of budgets and our neighborhood only has one outlet and we are right next to Bangerter highway. Guess what dude, I don't care! I pay my taxes! Isn't that where they get the money? Your going to be angry when any of those kids get hit by a car and we blame Granite School District! So I sent my kids to the neighborhood just south of us, we have a walkway from our neighborhood to theirs through a field. It was a much safer place for a stop. Plus we have at least 10 - 15 kids in our little "one outlet" area anyways and they had only 1 stop on the corner of a busy road! In the other neighborhood they had like 3 stops, that's stupid. Well week 3 of school I noticed a bus came into our neighborhood to drop the kids off after school. Thought it was a fluke maybe. Then the next morning I saw some kids waiting for the bus a street over, so I went to check it out, the kids told me they changed the stop! Yeah!! When the bus came I asked the driver "So they decided to change the stop eh?" he replied "yeah, it was kind of forced!" I said to him "you know it's much safer for the kids". He seemed nice about it, I was really excited. I was thinking enough people complained so they had to, good for us. My mom also sent a nasty letter to the district. So now my other issue is they have different buses pick them up and take them home. You really think the young kids will remember 2 different bus numbers? Well my kids have a hard time. Well, they are getting better at remembering, I have told their teachers where they are supposed to go and if they miss their bus they need to go to the office. It's been rough, I have lost them a few times, whether they have taken the wrong bus, or gotten off on the wrong stop (Booth found them one time walking down 40Th west!!!!)and they also have a cousin who lives very close to the school, so I told Bos if he misses the bus to go there, well the little sneak, said he "missed" the bus when he really didn't. So after it had been a hour and they weren't home, I panicked, I called the school, called the cousins mom to see if they were there, she wasn't home to know if they were there. So bawling, I hopped in the car thinking they were wondering trying to find their way home, and their school is by Granger high, we live just off of 40Th west, so Bangerter is between the school and our house!!! I had to leave our house unlocked in case they came while I was gone, called the neighbor to watch the house if they did come home. I was a mess. I drove over to the cousins house and who do I see? My 2 boys waiting for them to come home!!!! I was SOOO angry at them.
So school has been an adventure this year, but they really like it, probably mostly because they get to be away from their CRAZY mother.

kids are funny

We have ben watching Moonwalker lately. Boston said he wants to be like Michael Jackson when he gets big. I tried to explain that he just died. He said "well, he will come alive again on Easter, like Jesus."

Boston's Birthday

Boston turned 6 on April 30Th. It is hard to believe he is that old, then again I sometimes wish they would all just GROW UP. We had a birthday party with some of his cousins on Booth's side last Sunday. Crystal brought her fun blow up stuff for all the grand kids. They had a great time!! It was such a beautiful day to be out in the sun.

Boston and his CRAZY sugar face

School will be done for Wes this week and Bos gets done June 5Th. I am really not excited for them to be home ALL SUMMER!!! But.... I am excited to not have to set my alarm and have to be up and ready at a certain time....sounds lazy, I know. Bos will be in 1st grade next year, Wes is in the all day Kindergarten program and Livie will be in preschool 2 days a week..... I will have 4 hours a week BY MYSELF!!!!! I can't even remember how long that has been? I look forward to the fall. I guess I am going to have to keep them busy outside so I don't go crazy.

Also, Booth and I just celebrated our 8 year anniversary yesterday. We celebrated last month and took a trip to St. George for 4 days. It was really nice to be together. We stayed at a friends house which made it even better. They went on vacation while we were there, so we had the house to ourselves. Really nice!!! We did get to visit with them before they left and we had such a good time. Thanks Mel & Parker!! We went to Vegas for a day, and I was really not as impressed as I would have thought. I did like all the dirty magazines on the street corners though? Seriously, pervs. And I also enjoyed watching all the drunks walking the strip with their HUGE drinks? The thing I enjoyed most was just being with Booth and watching people. We spent the day walking the strip and then got bored so we went to the outlet mall and spent WAY too much money, but it was great. Anyway, Eight years have flown by, I love Booth more now than ever before and I hope it just keeps growing.

Happy Anniversary...Happy, Happy, Happy, Happy....

My mom and dads anniversary Was March 6Th. They celebrated 30 years!!! That is a long time!! I can't imagine when Booth and I hit that mark yet. My sister and my parents friend Sandy and many others helped put a surprise party together. It was at the Murray Eagles. Yes... my very first time at a bar... thank you, thank you. I only went because it was for them. My dad knew about it but mom didn't. It turned out to be quite a stressful day. She kept saying that she wanted to go to the Eagles, but they were setting up and such. So a few of my moms friends were trying to keep her entertained until 6:30 when the party started. She said she had no idea what was going on. We had a nice time. There was lots of good food and LOTS of my parents friends from over the years and some family also. They had karaoke. I said I would only sing if they had "TOP THAT", you know from Teen Witch. Turns out they didn't have it, darn, probably a good thing!! They also put together a video for them. I think it should have been called "Worlds funniest moustaches" dang, my dad had some good ones. We enjoyed the night hanging out and watching everyone. I love them dearly and am very grateful to have such non judgemental, caring, supportive, giving, loving parents. Here is to 30 more great years!! Peace!

That's just mean!

I am such a mean person. After lunch I unhooked the doorbell and I made sure to lock the storm door. You ask why? So my kids don't hear the neighbor boys ring the doorbell and knock. They come over and ask if the boys can play EVERYDAY. I just don't want them to be playing all the time. Plus when my boys go over to their house, they end up running all over the neighborhood which I am NOT okay with. I know it would be better for them to be out playing, but I just want them home? Ah well.

Bos had his tonsil out last Wednesday. It went really well. He only cried after waking up from the anesthesia. He was up and playing the next day. I am glad it went well and hope it will help with not being as sick as he has been lately.

Wes turned 5 on Saturday. So both boys are the same age for 2 months. We went to the safe kids fair with my mom and then we had a b-day party at our house later that night. He got some great stuff. I love after birthdays because they actually play for a few days non stop. I was looking at pictures and Wes was such a chipmunk when he was little. He is so cute and such a sweet kid. I can't believe he is already 5.

With everyone pregnant right now, it makes me baby hungry.... then I have to stop and think about it. My kids are all at great ages. Do I want to do the whole "baby" thing right now? Not so much.

He was about 5 months here

I think this one was when he was a year

This was last August

This is my favorite picture of Wes. It was in October at California Adventure

"The Carlton"

This is by far the best video I found of the infamous Carlton. Of coarse there isn't any music to it because of copyright issues. So I made a new playlist special for it. No matter how many times I see it, I laugh EVERY time. Please Enjoy!!!!!

my update

So this is what I have been up to lately. Not much. This is one of my favorite movies of all time. If you haven't seen it, DO IT NOW!!! So funny.
I am officially a stay at home mom. I quit Albertsons, I am so glad.
Boston was really sick a few weeks ago. So I finally took him to a ear, nose, throat specialist and he said he needs his tonsils out. His tonsils have always been large. And when he gets sick he gets REALLY sick. So I take him to the doctor and they always tell me he just has a virus?? I think it is going to help to have them out. He gets them out on the 25th.
Since being home I have not been letting the kids watch T.V. for more than an hour each day. It's not going so well, they watch so many movies and T.V., they are having a hard time keeping busy. Big mistake letting the T.V. do my babysitting.
Wes will turn 5 on the 28th. All they want right now is candy and toys and think they need to have one EVERY time we go to the store. My bad again, I will get them a Hot Wheels car or doughnut or fruit snacks if they are good at the store. I guess that is bad. We have had some BIG tantrums recently. I have to get really strict I guess. Anyways, I am excited for Wes. He is so excited for Kindergarten. He is such a lovey boy. Now that I have told all of you how bad of a mom I am, you have your update.

UPDATE

Olivia turned 3 on November 23rd. She had a fun day!! I can't believe she is already 3. And........ she is potty trained!!!! This is the first time I haven't had to buy diapers in 5 1/2 years people. Well she still wears pull ups at night but that doesn't count right? I am so proud. We have had a few christmas parties. The kids are driving me crazy once again about Christmas. Asking all the time, mom is it christmas today? mom, is is christmas tomorrow?, mom, how many more days until christmas? arrr. I am ready for it to be over with.

Our new additions

This is daddy looking at the pups from outside. He sits there quite a bit.

Dracula, Bumblebee and Blanch

I think, Blanch

This was the day after they were born. They are getting really chubby. They are growing so fast, I am excited for when we can play with them.

So Page had her pups on November 2nd. It was neat to see her go through it all. Well not all of it, we missed all but 1 being born!! They are so cute. We have 4 pups, 2 males and 2 females. They all have names. Livie's is the white one she named it Dracula, Boston's is named Bumblebee, like the transformer. Westons in named Dinosaur/Star Wars and my little runt of the litter is named Blanch. They are just now starting to open their eyes. We are going to be selling them, as much as I would like to keep them because I am getting really attached. They are pure bred miniature Schnauzers. They have already been registered with AKC, have had their tails docked and dew claws done. We think the other 3 pups will turn out silver like the dad. They are such fun dogs, the size of mini-Schnauzers is 11 - 15 lbs. They will be ready about Christmas time!! No better gift than a puppy!! Anyways... anyone interested send me a e-mail.

3 crazy kids

Not a Halloween picture but she was playing dress up at grandma Wendy's and put almost the whole box of stuff on. It was funny.

Cute Auntie Queen of Hearts

Halloween was better this year. Boston actually wore his costume, but only on Halloween. Bos was a robot, Wes was Batman and Livie was a Dinosaur. Wes loves costumes, he still wears his costume from last year. He will just wander around the house in them. We went to my grandmas work to trick or treat, they had lots of fun there. We went to my moms on Halloween night, went around the neighborhood and had homemade Chili. They loved getting the candy but as the boys are getting older they do the whole, I have more, or I get to go out of the car first, or I get the brown chair, or I'm bigger, constantly a contest.

California

We got really used to 3D glasses. I think I got pics in all the different pairs we had to wear.

My favorite thing at Sea World

They were tired of walking and would fight over the stroller. Bos would say, my legs are bending too much mom.

Man he loved that Dragon. It lasted 2 days

I need these cages at home
Bos thinks he's pretty funny.

Their favorite character they met the whole trip, Shaggy was kinda gnarly

We went to California October 9 - 19th. We had such a great time. We went to Disneyland, California Adventure, Six Flags, Knotts Berry Farm, Sea World, Universal Studios and to Newport Beach. I am posting lots of pictures, just a warning. We havent really been up to much lately. The kids are excited to go trick or treating. I will post those pics later.

I'm takin it back to the old school cuz I'm a old fool who's so cool......

My sis-in-law tagged me

1.Did you date anyone from your high school? Not from my school, oh wait I did date Cole Foard for a bit.

Boston's 1st day of school

Well he is officially in school. He goes to Pioneer Elementary, he takes the bus, which is really scary for me because I never once took the bus when I was in school. He had a good day, according to him, I didnt talk to the teacher after school.
He sat in #5 on the bus, since he's 5. He said they played on the playground, he colored a picture of a haunted house that he drew, and that was about all I got out of him. He is getting so big and so sweet, he kisses me lots on the arm and tells me he loves me. I am very proud of him and think he will do great.

Bear Lake

So we had an awesome time at Bear Lake this year. We go each year with Booth's mom's side of the family, I think this year we had about 45 come. It happened to fall on Raspberry days, so it was really packed. We didn't have our trailer this year so we got a cabin, it was really nice. The weather was great the whole time. We had rain the first and last nights we were there and it wasn't too hot, we were pretty lucky. The kids all had such a good time. they all entertained each other, I wish I could have that all the time. We look forward to next year!! The slide show is pretty long, I think there are 47 pics, and that wasn't even half of them.

swimmin lessons

The boys are in swim lessons right now. They also took them last year, they spent most of the time on the side of the pool in trouble. They are doing better so far this year. They go for 2 weeks, maybe they might be able to swim when they are done??

We have been really busy lately. We just got back from camping. We went to Causey Reservoir. It is kind of up by Pineview. We have gone up there since Bos was a baby, it was a lot funner having a trailer I must say. We sold our trailer in November. Tent camping doesnt compare. We had a lot of fun anyways.

NAUGHTY LIVIE

Well, if you have looked at Teisha's blog then you have seen all of her many faces. she is too funny sometimes. I have some good ones too. Also, is it normal for your child (who's 2 1/2 by the way) to say things like this?

Leeva me alone!
Give me a break!
Nobody cares Wes!
Shut your mouth!
Go away!
Shut up! (sometimes she just mouths or whispers this one because she knows she's not supposed to say it)
NO!!
Knock it off!
Let me out!
Stop it!
And my favorite, she hisses at me when she gets mad.
I thought sware words were bad but looking at this list it seems they are just as bad, you know, I don't say things like this so I have no idea where she gets it from??? teehee, SHHH

My Fav singer

This totally cracked me up.

I can't wait to go to his concert in August!!!!!! I almost want to join the volunteers, but I don't know?? I don't think I am green enough.

Fathers Day

We went to my G & G Ahlstroms for dinner on fathers day. It was a really nice day. My mom & dad came over to give the kids a ride on their ranger just before. They had lots of fun.
I love all the dads in my life. Booth is an amazing dad, always wanting to do what is best. I love him more now than ever, watching him grow and become the person he is today. My dad is the best, always there no matter when I need him and a great support for whatever dumb thing I do. Booths dad Ron, an amazing support also, helping us out with anything we need. All are great examples to me and I love them all so much. Also grandpa's. I have great memories with both my grandpa's. Mostly funny ones, I think once you become a grandpa, you just think you get funnier. Like meowing like a cat and then looking around to find a cat? Funny jokes, all that fun stuff I love about my grandpa's. I love them all, including Booth's grandpa's, they treat them as one of their own. I am grateful to be surrounded by such great men!! love you all.

my b-day

My birthday was on the 7th. We celebrated on the 9th at my moms. Me and Teish got camera happy. We are so funny together, almost everything we talk about and laugh about are inside jokes. I had a nice b-day. I bought myself a Shark Steam Vac. Oh boy, I really like it. I got some other good stuff too. Thanks Y'all. Man I'm getting old!!

Chasade's Bachelorette Party!!!

My mom, sister and I all went to a bachelorette party on Saturday. It was for Chasade Simon, she is a long time friend. Well, our moms have all been friends since they were in kindergarten....a long time. We have called them our cousins all our lives. It was really great to visit with all of the kids I grew up with. Anyways, she had a bridal shower earlier in the day and then we went golfing. Teish and I were just going to drive around carts, but there was an empty spot, so they asked if I wanted to try it out. I did, and I had lots of fun, amazingly. Booth tried to get me to golf a long time ago, he showed me how to hold the club and I was done, I didn't like that at all. I guess I have changed my mind. I had some pretty good hits a few times. I enjoy driving the ball the most, it felt really good!! We played Best Ball. That is where each person in team hits the ball and whoever had the best hit is the ball we play off of. I never had the best hit. We all had a good time. Teish was the photoographer. We were the last team to go out of 6. We took the longest to play because we were having way too much fun with other peoples cameras. My camera battery went dead shortly after we got there, maybe that's a good thing. I think I have officially been recruited. Thanks girls!!!

real

We went to the Real soccer game last Saturday night. We went up to Trolley Square and ate at The Old Spaghetti Factory before the game. We had a nice time. I don't understand it at all, but they won so... hoorah. The kids had fun.

96!!!

Booths great grandpa came into town a few weeks ago from St. George to celebrate his 96th b-day. He seems to be well and is still telling jokes and golfing. Hopefully Booth will live that long because I know I won't and don't want to either, man thats so old!!

Mini Snowmoblie

My parents got the kids this cute snowmoblie. It's pretty fun to ride. Can't wait until we have some snow and we can cruise around on it. Thanks mom and dad!!!!

Crazy boys!

This is what happens when you leave your camera unattended, luckily they haven't seen what their dad does to unattended cameras yet!!! There were probably like 30 pictures but i deleted lots of them. This was a few weeks ago, they did it again today and took 50 or more. I guess i need to hide it.

Westy's lip

Wes was climbing up to the top of Livie's bed and fell hitting his chin on the bed on the way down. His tooth almost went all the way through. Poor guy.

Kelce gets married

Kelce got married to Jodi at the court house. They are expecting in late November. This will be grandbaby #10 for Booth's parents. What a cute couple, I am sure the baby will be adorable. Congrats guys!

BreeAnn's baby shower

I had a great time at BreeAnns's shower. I am so excited for her and Tyler. I got to visit with lots of friends and we had lots of fun. Thanks for inviting me. Here are some pic's that I took.

The rest of the soccer games. The boys had fun playing. Bos was staring to understanding how to play. Wes wasn't quite as interested.

Trouble maker

Livie decided to get into the rash cream before she took her nap. This is what I came to find in her room after her nap. I think it got in her eyes. She smeared it all over her toys and door. Fantastic.

Yeah..... so I'm way behind, what's new?

Booth took the boys on their first motorcycle ride, he has had a bike for a couple of years now. We found a kids helmet at his parents house so I figured they could go for a ride around the block. They had fun.

SOCCER

The boys started soccer on th 13th. I thought that they might be a little timid, but they got right in there and had lots of fun. Boston only picked up the ball with his hands a few times. They play on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Last week they did a bit better, besides Bos is a ball hog and the coach had to coax Wes to the field. It is really funny to see all the little kids run around like crazy.

Chuck E Cheese

THESE TWO OF LIVIE ON THE TRUCK ARE BACKWARDS. SHE WAS HAVING FUN, THEN GOT SCARED.

BOSTON, DAWSON, WESTON, RILEY AND LIVIE

SO IT'S BEEN A WHILE SINCE WE DID THIS BUT I HAD COMPUTER ISSUES.

Booth's mom my kids and 2 of my nephews and I went to Chuck E Cheese on Saturday night while the guys went to priesthood session---- in Wendover! Booth said that there were only 21 guys there at the church. They went to the Rick Springfield concert after priesthood at the Peppermill concert hall. The kids had lots of fun playing together. Wendy and I had lots of fun chasing all 5 around and keeping track of them! Afterward the boys had a sleepover at our house. But it turned out that Riley had pink eye so he didn't get to stay the night, poor guy.

Name

I have been looking at peoples blogs and I have come across lots of old friends. I think it is great to be able to see what everyone is up to. I found this on another blog. There are 8 other Tiffany Jenson's in the U.S. I honestly thought there would be more than that. It was really fun to put in my kids' names.

HowManyOfMe.com

LogoThere are
8
people with my name
in the U.S.A.

How many have your name?

There are only 2 Olivia Jensons

There weren't any other Weston Jensons

And it said there isn't anyone named Boston or Booth Jenson???

The site said it isn't accurate but it was fun anyways.

Easter

We had a nice Easter. The kids got lots of fun things. They got the Bee movie, Enchanted, clothes, Hot wheels, a doodle pro and some really cute alphabet magic eraser books. We went to my moms in the morning and they got baskets there with TONS of stuff and then to my grandma Fil and grandpa Billy's for a delicious dinner. We have another party on Sunday at Booth's dad's parents house, and Booth's mom's side probably next month. The kids love the Easter egg hunt. It is getting to be lots more fun as they get older. Hope you had a nice Easter!

Cutting down our UGLY tree

Booth finally cut down our tree in the front yard. It was in a horrible spot and not a good tree to put in front of the house. It was just ugly. Thanks goodness. I don't want to put anything in it's place besides grass. The mess is still in the front yard. We don't have a trailer, my dad is going to bring one home for us on Friday. So our neighbors will probably be mad this week, oh well. It is nice to look out our front window and NOT see a tree blocking the view anymore.

Wes turns 4!!!

Weston had a great b-day. The family came over to celebrate on the 29th. Weston was almost a leap year baby. He got lots of fun things. We took him to dinner at Leatherby's and to Build a Bear. He got a green triceratops and he named him four. We had a nice time with just the three of us. It is really nice to have just one child to focus on. He acts like a different kid. He is such a sweet boy.

The Zoo

We went to the Zoo on the 27th of Feb. During the winter it is free on the last Wed. of the month. Weston's b-day is the 28th so we have gone for the past few years. We went with Booth's mom, grandparents, aunt, cousins and their kids. We had a nice time and the weather was great.

Bos, Wes and Anakin
A happy Livie

Some fun pictures

Here are some pictures of the boys throwing FITS. They were tired. I chased them trying to get pics so they can see how naughty they are.

This is our dog Page. She was in heat, so I put her in a diaper so she could be in the house. It was really funny!! Poor girl.

Catch Up

So it has been a while since my last post. I have to go back to Valentines to catch up.
Grandma and grandpa A came over to give the kids their Valentines. And also grandma S came over.

Booth and the kids made me Valentines. It was so sweet, they had them laid out on the table when I came home from work.

Winter Days

We have a lot of snow this year. On Friday after I took Bos to school Wes, Livie and I shoveled outside. They had a lot of fun making snow angels. They both ended up taking their gloves off and then they didn't like it so much, Livie was throwing a fit because she wanted to go in the house. I am getting sick of the snow, it seems like it only snows on the days I have to work, and getting carts in the slush is NOT fun , I have to do 1 at a time, too bad our baggers don't do their work!!!!! I am ready to send the kids outside to play in nice weather. I look forward buckling the kids in their car seats without a coat, that drives me crazy. I am done with WINTER!!!!

DOGS AND KIDS

In
December we got 2 new dogs. We have had Punky (she is the black and white dog) since just
after we got married, and Maggie had to be put to sleep last spring, so it is nice for her to have company. They are both Miniature Schnauzers, our male is Kovu, he is the silverish color, and our female is Page, she is the smaller one that is white. We got the dogs from Booth's brother Tito, they have bred them. Now Tito's wife Crystal is breeding toy Schnauzers so the dogs needed a new home so she could make room for the toy Schnauzers. We are going to breed them probably in the summer/early fall. They are both so cute. Page is really lovey and Kovu is sweet. We have always loved our Punky, she really is a good dog. They stay outside----which sounds mean but there is a picture of where they get to stay. We had the shed built in, maybe November. It is insulated, has linoleum, and is heated. So they are comfortable.
And then I have some random pics of the kids. The one of Livies head is when Boston was carrying her around and she fell and hit the corner of the piano, we thought she would need stitches, luckily she didn't. And the others are the kids around the house.

Growing and Growing

Every year on New Years day, my grandma and grandpa Ahlstrom have dinner at their house. It is always delicious. We also measure our height each year, it seems like we used to do it on Thanksgiving, but we do it each year. My grandpa measures us and marks it on the wall. It is fun to see how much you have grown over the years, me and Teisha haven't grown since like 1998!! We keep hoping each year that we have grown, doesn't work though. The kids all grew at least 3 inches since last year. They were pretty excited. It is a fun tradition that we do.

CHRISTMAS

Our house, below is grandma and grandpa A's

Booth's parents house

Our house

DeNovellis party (Booth's moms side)

We had a great Christmas this year. The kids were spoiled as usual. They were really excited for Santa to come. The boys got Thomas bikes, helmets, elbow and knee pads, bumblebee (the transformer) trains, books, movies and pajamas from Santa, and Livie got a chicken dance Elmo,V-tech learning book, clothes, a Elmo camera, a movie and books. They got lots of other awesome things from everyone else, too much to name it all. The only thing they got from us was a coat and snow suits. Pretty boring, but as you can tell both our parents and grandparents get them plenty of good stuff! Booth got tools and some movies from me and I got my playstation and Guitar Hero 3 a while ago. Still LOVE it!!! We celebrated with Booth's side of the family on the 15th, it was an all day activity, we had lots of fun. Then again with Booth's dads side on the 23rd, and again on the 24th at my moms, but I had to work, and then again 2 more parties at my grandmas and at Booth's grandma D's on Christmas. We kept really busy. I gained my holiday weight, I am not happy about that. The kids haven't been to school since Dec. 12th, I am really looking forward to taking them back on Jan. 7th.
We are excited to start a new year, each year they get better. We are grateful for all of our friends and family for all of your love and support, we love you and wish you a Happy New Year!!

Livie turns 2

Livie's birthday was on the 23rd. We celebrated on Thanksgiving and on the 25th. She had a great birthday. The first party on Thanksgiving was at my moms house. She got lots of good gifts. And on the 25th we celebrated at our house with Booth's side. She got lots more great gifts. She is getting so big and getting to be such a character. She is always pulling funny faces and showing off and dancing around. It is so much fun to watch her. I am just sad that my baby is two. And I am not sad that I am not pregnant again, usually I have had another baby by now.... thanks goodness!

The boys are doing well, they are growing up so much. Boston will be in kindergarten next year, that will be a big adventure, for both of us. Wes is really liking preschool, although he got in trouble for choking! Scary!! I gave them both haircuts about a week and a half ago, they are funny. I am not so good at it, they dont seem to mind though.

They are both excited about the snow, Boston said "mom it's snowing, it's Christmas now, where are the presents?" I am excited for the holidays, I enjoy being with our families and the good food. I recieved my Christmas present early. When I went to Park City with my friends, Katie took her PS2 and the game Guitar Hero. Well... I got addicted and I got a PS2 and Guitar Hero 3! We have been having a lot of fun playing it.

The pictures are of Livie's birthday parties and of the boys and their haircuts and as they say their shark boy faces.

HALLOWEEN

We had a fun Halloween this year. The boys were excited to get candy. We only went to a few homes in our neighborhood (all old people, they were so excited) since we had a lot of places to go. Livie did a good job once she got to the door, she had a hard time keeping up. The boys have a hard time ringing the doorbells only once, I think some people got angry, oh well. We went to grandma and grandpa Jenson's and they gave the kids a cup full of candy and then to g & g A's (that's what the kids call them). My mom has made chili on Halloween since I can remember. Olivia was a hobo clown, Wes was a shark and Bos was a pirate (what we could get him to wear at least). I pinned him down to draw a mustache on him and he cried and ran away. When he came back it was gone and his sleeve was all black. He doesn't like the attention. I am sure as they get older it will be more fun.

FRIENDS

I have had so many great friends over the years. I wanted to share some pictures with you. I have too many to share them all, so I am sorry if you were not included, your still a dear friend. I was going through my memory box and found some fun ones. I hope you enjoy them. Sorry the pictures didn't turn out so well I am not very computer savvy. Hopefully you can still see what they are.

The only reason I thought of doing this is because my friend Erica posted a blog with some fun, and embarrassing pictures of me, so it's pay back time Erica!!

The elementary pictures are of my friends Erica, Sara and Danie. We were a tight group the 6 of us, also including Missy and Alissa. We had such fun times, toilet papering, voodoo, peacer peacer club, jump team, all of the goofy things you do in elementary. We have been friends since 3rd grade. I see Danie still, quite often since she was on drill team with me, Sara, I don't see as often as I would like since she lives up north. We still keep in touch though. And recently I got back in touch with Erica. She moved to Malad, Idaho in junior high. We have been e-mailing back and forth. Although we haven't spoke for years, we got right back on track, like she never moved away. I hope they cherish all of the fun memories like I do.

The other pictures are of the girls I was on drill team with. We still get together at least twice a year, sometimes more. We go to Park City together every November and stay overnight. We shop, hang out, and go out to eat. It is always a blast and I think we all look forward to it every year. We act even worse than we did in high school, it's a blast. We are going again in 2 weeks for a whole weekend. I can't wait!!!!
We all had pretty close friendship's since we were together 24/7. Those were some wild and crazy times!! There were a group of us that would sluff class and go to Arby's, we called ourselves the Arby's crew. I loved being on drill and the best thing I got out of it were some awesome friends. There are a couple pictures of me and Cindy. There are so many pictures that I have of just me and her. We were so funny!! She was my best friend and still is. I love her and I hope she knows that. There is a great picture of T'ann in the car on the way home from our drill team retreat, I think you all know the funny story BEHIND it!!HA!!
Anyway, I am so thankful to have such great friends.I hope we can all stay friends for years to come. Not only my friends who are in the pictures, but all of them. I really enjoy looking back and seeing how much fun we all had. Thanks for everything.

I love you all!

WHY NOT??

SO, EVERYONE HAS A BLOG BUT ME.

I REALLY ENJOY LOOKING AT ALL OF MY FRIENDS' SO I THOUGHT I WOULD TRY IT.
I HOPE YOU ENJOY IT.
THE JENSON'S CONSIST OF 5 -- BOOTH, TIFFANY, BOSTON, WESTON, AND OLIVIA. ALL CHILDREN CAME QUICK SO THEY ARE ALL REALLY CLOSE IN AGE. WE WILL BE MARRIED 7 YEARS THIS COMING MAY. IT HAS FLOWN BY. I WORK PART TIME AT ALBERTSON'S ON MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAY NIGHTS. BOOTH WORKS FOR SALT LAKE CITY PUBLIC UTILITIES. AND WE ALSO HAVE SOME RENTAL PROPERTIES THAT KEEP BOOTH BUSY. THE BOYS ARE 4, AND 3 YEARS OLD, ONLY 10 MONTHS APART, BOTH IN PRESCHOOL THIS YEAR. THEY REALLY ENJOY IT. OLIVIA HAS A BIRTHDAY COMING NEXT MONTH, SHE WILL BE 2. I AM SAD THAT MY BABY IS ALREADY THAT OLD, I AM USED TO BEING PREGNANT WITH ANOTHER BY NOW. WE ENJOY SPENDING TIME TOGETHER AND HANGING OUT AT HOME.
THE PICTURES UP TOP ARE FROM YELLOWSTONE 2 WEEKS AGO. (THE DATES ARE WRONG ON THE PICTURES) WE WENT WITH OUR FRIENDS CINDY AND ROBB AND SOME OF THEIR FRIENDS. WE DIDN'T TAKE LIVIE, JUST THE BOYS.WE HAD A FUN TIME. WE VISITED OLD FAITHFUL, THE BEAR AND WOLF DISCOVERY CENTER, SAW LOTS OF HOT POTS, AND DROVE AROUND THE PARK. I DON'T THINK I HAVE BEEN BEFORE, THAT I CAN REMEMBER, BOOTH HAS BUT IT HAS BEEN A LONG TIME. THE KIDS ENJOYED THE ANIMALS AND PLAYING WITH ALL OF THE GIRLS. WE STAYED AT ROBB'S FAMILY CABIN. IT WAS REALLY NICE. WE ONLY STAYED FRI, SAT AND CAME HOME SUNDAY. IT SNOWED MOST OF THE TIME WE WERE THERE, IT WAS PRETTY COLD. WE WOULD LIKE TO GO AGAIN. CINDY-- I HOPE YOU LIKE THE BEAR PIC. I DO!!
WE ARE EXCITED IT IS FALL. WE PICKED OUT THE KIDS HALLOWEEN COSTUMES YESTERDAY. WESTON IS A SHARK, OLIVIA IS A HOBO CLOWN AND BOSTON HATES DRESSING UP SO I DONT KNOW IF HE WILL BE ANYTHING AT ALL. I TRIED TO COAX AND BRIBE HIM BUT IT HASN'T WORKED YET.
I AM GETTING EXCITED FOR CHRISTMAS. I LOVE TO SET UP THE TREE, ALWAYS THE DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING, WHICH THANKSGIVING DOESNT REALLY EXIST ANYMORE, WE SKIP IT AND GO STRAIGHT TO X-MAS? HAVE YOU NOTICED?
THE KIDS HAVE BEEN EXCITED FOR SANTA TO COME SINCE-- PROBABLY THE DAY AFTER LAST X-MAS. IT IS HARD TO EXPLAIN TIME TO KIDS, THEY JUST DON'T GET IT YET SO IT IS QUESTION AFTER QUESTION.
WELL, I WILL TRY TO POST THINGS WHEN I CAN. HOPE EVERYONE IS WELL.
